Want to try CrossFit without locking anything in? Book a free trial and jump into one of our regular classes. You’ll meet the coach, train with the crew, and get a proper feel for how we run things. No experience needed. We’ll coach you through it and scale everything to your level.

Free trials run for 60 minutes.

Feeling nervous? Bring a friend. You won’t be the only beginner, and we’ll look after you from start to finish.

Helpful to know

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can say hello, show you around, and run through a quick intro.

  • If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, let us know before class so we can adjust things for you.

  • You can train at your own pace. The goal is to move well, not to keep up with anyone else.
