Want to try CrossFit without locking anything in? Book a free trial and jump into one of our regular classes. You’ll meet the coach, train with the crew, and get a proper feel for how we run things. No experience needed. We’ll coach you through it and scale everything to your level.
Free trials run for 60 minutes.
Feeling nervous? Bring a friend. You won’t be the only beginner, and we’ll look after you from start to finish.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can say hello, show you around, and run through a quick intro.
If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, let us know before class so we can adjust things for you.
You can train at your own pace. The goal is to move well, not to keep up with anyone else.
